Can receive and place calls but noone can hear me

Can receive and place calls but noone can hear me

I can receive and place calls, no one can hear me speaking into the phone.  I can hear them, but they don't hear me.  I thought it was my phone so I bought a new one and same thing

Call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 and speak with a CSR about your one-sided conversations with callers.  If calling into Comcast is not convenient, try using the onlne chat here:  https://www.comcastsupport.com/ChatEntry/Protected.aspx 

 

You may need a Tech onsite to evaluate and make repairs, but only after exhausting the CSR's troubleshooting steps will that be necessary.
