Calls not registering in History

Calls not registering in History

For some reason my calls stopped registering on April 4th.  PLEASE  TECH SUPPORT ....  look on your end and tell me what to look for on my end.  It worked well up until then.  Nothing changed.

Sorry this forum is a user to user community forum, not Comcast tech support.

 

The only thing we can do is escalate to the Comcast Cares team and they usually take care of it, but it can take up to a week for response during the business week.

 

So let us know if you want it escalated, or if you want to contact support through normal channels including phone, live chat, or even tweet to @comcastcares.

I am not sure what you mean by escalate...send to Tech for me?  If so, please forward on for me.  Thank you.

Escalation on this board is to hand your request off to the Comcast Cares Team at the Corp HQ.

 

There is no reason for a tech at all for your issue.

 

So I've notified the team, and they will respond to this post and watch your email for updates from the team.
