CallerId states I need Digital Voice & DIgital TV (I HAVE TRIPLE PLAY!!!)

DOn't understand why when I set up CallerID in XfinityTV, it comes back and DENIES me and states I must have DIgital Voice and Digital TV...   I HAVE TRIPLE PLAY!!!!   WHy can I not setup callerID on my CableTV?????

 

WIerd...
