Caller UD on Mac running Mavericks

Caller ID keeps disconnecting. Just started using it yesterday. Don't know if this is a common problem or if it's because of the new system upgrade Mavericks...

Caller ID on my Mac Pro running 10.6.8 worked well when first installed.  Now it constantly disconnects.
