Caller IDs conflict with Voice2GO when two lines are in operation

 

I have two telephone lines functioning on my Comcast voice service and installed Xfinity Connect on my iPhone to use the caller ID function. This worked fine for a while with IDs been shown for BOTH telephone lines in use.

 

However when I activated Voice2Go it only provides caller ID on the primary account line, not the second line on my account.

 

Two questions:

 

(1)How do I get Voice2Go to provide caller ID info for BOTH lines ?

(2) If (1) is not possible how do I remove or deactivate Voice2Go to allow Xfinity Connect to provide caller ID on both lines.
