I used to have this but it stopped showing up. I turned the setting on the DVD box  but still nothing. And I too am having freeze ups like crazy.

If your picture is also freezing up, then first take the box and remote to the Comcast office for a swap, and maye the new box will start working.

 

Your other choice is to call Comcast support and they should send out a tech to either decide if the box is failing or a signal issue.

 

If the box gets swapped, it will proably take care of the caller ID too.
