Caller ID

I had to replace my cable boxes. They are not X1. Ever since I changed boxes I am getting phone calls showing on my tv screen from numbers I don't recognize and my phone doesn't ring when this is happening. My phone shows I have messages, but when I check there are none there. Is it possible that that they refurbished this box and I am still getting the old users calls?

Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask that your boxes be refreshed with your account information.
