Caller ID.

Hello

 

I have been trying to get someone to tell me how to connect my Xfinity phone service

so that I can see who is calling on the TV.  I have the triple play and everything has been working so far except seeing the caller ID on TV.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Call into Comcast ( 1-800-266-2278 ) and speak with a CSR to ensure that your account has the CallerID RATE CODE listed.
