Caller ID won't appear on TV screen

Caller ID won't appear on TV screen

My mother just changed over to a Comcast bundle including her phone, but she doesn't see the caller ID on her TV screen when someone calls. I have the same bundle and the ID's show on my screens but I can't remember if I changed a setup setting to make this happen.

How long ago did she change over?  It can take from 24 to 72 hours for all back-end services to synch up.   If it is still not showing after 72 hours, call into Comcast and speak with as CSR to begin the troubleshooting steps.

Hello,

Are you sure the box is compatiable for caller id if so, and it still does not work after the 72 hrs. it could be a coding issue where you will have to call comcast.

We waited several days and still nothing, so I called Comcast and it was something they had to do on their end. It's working fine now.
