Can someone PLEASE explain to me WHY it take over 2 weeks & 17 people to fix one simple issue ? My CID PC has NOT worked ever since I got service hooked up(02/01). Every time I call or chat with Comcasts so called techs, all they say is a ticket has been submitted and I should wait 24-72 hours.
Is has been going on over 2 weeks, and it still is NOT working. My next step is to report this to the BBB, FCC.
I have the same issue, it must be part of their training to get the trouble call cleared in a certain period of time. they make you think they resolved it but you wait the suggested time period and nothing works. you call again and again but get the same results. Comcast doesn't know what "real time" programming means.
