Caller ID shows my billing name, not my preffered name.

Caller ID shows my billing name, not my preffered name.

When I call someone, the caller ID shows on their screen. But, the caller ID shows my first name and last name, which is the correct billing name. However, I have always been called by my middle name, and friends whom I'm calling for the first time say they didn't answer because they didn't know it was me. Can I change my name on caller ID to correct this? If I can, please let me know how. Thanks

You need to call Customer Service to have them change the Directory listing on your accout.  You can have the First name changed but the Last name has to be the same as the account holders name.
