Caller ID problem

My caller Id isn't showing up on the TV.  I have Motorola equipment and a triple play contract.

Shortly after setting up my phone mail the ID did show up but only for a day. Since then nothing.

Ok, I'm just old.  I installed the caller id software on my PC and it all started working.

(on the TV) I wonder what would happen if I didn't have a PC....
