My caller ID stopped working. Shows anonymous on the phone and TV. Called customer support and was told the caller ID code is in my account. Still not working. It has been weeks. Any tip?

Hi JH23, in reviewing your account I did show Caller ID Presentation toggled off so I enabled it. Can you please retest and let me know if you are now seeing the proper names on incoming calls?
I just tested it and caller ID is working now. Thank you!!!
