I have followed all the directions for caller ID and I still don't have it on my television!! It was on there and then one day I noticed that it was gone. Any suggestions?? Could it be because I moved the equipment from where it was originally? I mean I just moved the furniture, not unplug anything.
Always start troubleshooting by unplugging the AC power to the box, wait a minute, then power it up again. That will reload the UCID app and most times fixes it.
Otherwise it would be a code issue on your account that a Comcast agent can fix by calling into Comcast support.

Start by unplugging the AC power on the box for 2 minutes, then power it up again and test in an hour. That will load the ITV apps fresh.
If it still doesn't work, then it most likely is a code issue on the account that any Comcast support agent can fix.
