Caller ID on TV

Caller ID on TV

I have had a similar issue as other posters in that my Caller ID on my TV worked fine for a long time and then stopped working at least 4 months ago.  I have also called 2 or 3 times about this and was told that our account needed to be reset and that it would start working soon.  Never did start working again.  I don't have time to wait on phone again & again.  Hope to have it resolved through this forum.  Using original Morotola box.

I've notified the Comcast Corp administrator, he knows the tricks on getting it working, when the CSR's don't.

Not seeing any change -- just got a phone call and it didn't show up on the TV.  What's next!?
