I live in Merrimack, NH and have a Caller ID compatible DVR box-CISCO RNG200N with the Caller ID function turned on. I do not get Caller ID info thru the TV. Is this function available in Merrimack, NH?

I just add the feature code on your account and re-build the feature. I can see the banner pop on my end, please test it and let me know if you have any other questions.
How do I get caller id on my tv, I have X1?
First, you need to go into the Settings of your X1 ( gear icon ) and goto Notifications and turn on VOICE ( phone ).... you will need to do this for each box in the X1 system...
Secondly, you need to log into your account online and goto your profile and turn it on there:

You may need to call into Comcast to make sure the CallerId rate code is on your account and has not "vanished"... you could also try the online chat if that is better for you by clicking here: https://www.comcastsupport.com/ChatEntry/Protected.aspx
