Caller ID not working on phone display and TV

Caller ID not working on phone display and TV


Two weeks ago I updated my Triple Play with a new wireless modem and now I do not receive caller ID on the TV and the display on the phone does not identify the caller. I called Comcast and after a long wait I was given a Ticket Number but nothing has changed. How can I correct this problem?

If you recently upgraded to bundled services, sometimes the proper rate codes are not placed on the account....  Everything is a rate code and needs to be on your account for it work properly...

 

Suggest you call into Comcast and ensure that CallerID rate code is enabled and showing in your account...   that should do it!
