Caller ID not working on new phone

Brought new phones.....now CID not displayed and phone says "Requires subscription to caller ID" and advised me to call provider......so how do I get the caller ID back? Thanks

Did callerID work on your previous phones?  Did you also change any Comcast subscriptions ( Voice, TV, Internet ) ?

If you subscribe to Voice, call Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask the CSR to ensure that the CallerID Rate Code is enabled on your account.
