Caller ID not showing up on TV.

Caller ID not showing up on TV.

I have the tripple play at my address as of July 1, 2013, but I still can see who's calling on my television. 

The modem is set up in my living room along with the DVR box.  The modem is set up so I can use my phone, and my laptop.

I was told that after a couple of months the notification would show up on the TV.  Back in July of this year we had a power outage and the living room TV got burned out, and I bought a new one.  Comcast tech came to our apartment to replace our DVR.  Everything else works and the notification is on the menu on the cable guide.  I don't miind getting up to answer the phone when it rings, but I would rather see the number on the TV screen so I don't have to.

Call into Comcast and ask them to ensure that the "callerID' is provisioned correctly on your account....

About 2 days after I posted this I was watching TV and my caller id came up.  Thanks for your help and support!!
