Caller ID not showing on TV screen

Caller ID not showing on TV screen

We've not been seeing caller ID on the TV screen the last few days.

Figured it would appear until I read of other posts on this caller ID

problem and folks were helped via support. Hope you can restore our caller ID screen too.

FYI-

 

Over in the X1 forums, residents in the Houston area have been reporting outages for some of these services... ( Cloud, CallerID, Home, Phone, Cable )....

 

You may be in a regional or local outage at this moment....

 

To check, you can use the My Account APP, login into your account online, or goto www.downdetector.com/comcast and see if anyone near you is also seeing outages...

Ray thanks the link that brought me to the detector is:

Anyway seen tons of outages all over the country nothing regarding caller ID on TV per sae'

 

One gal brought up a good point could these problems be started from foreign hackers?

There's been so many stories about hackers it might not be that far fetched and it certainly can/is bringing internet services to its knees.

 

Will just have to wait and see what remedy Comcast finally comes up with.
