Caller ID no longer appears on TV

Caller ID no longer appears on TV

The caller ID feature on the tv is no longer coming up on the screen.  Need help.

Please start by unplugging your set top box for 1 minute and plug it in again.  Give it an hour or so to reload the ITV apps and the guide, then check if it works.

I still do not have caller ID

If unplugging your set top box didn't fix it, then you will need to call in to Comcast support and they will need to look at your account, and make sure your CDV account is linked to your set top box.

we have not had caller ID for 3 months on our TV I have chatted twice made 3 phone calls still no caller ID total joke no one wants to fix it for us either

Unplug, wait 30 seconds, and plug in your set top box again, wait a couple of hours for the ITV apps and guide to reload.

 

It is common for the ITV apps to get messed up, many times when there is a power glitch or software upgrade.

 

If it doesn't reappear, then go into the menu under Interactive and make sure it is still enabled.

 

If it still doesn't work, then you will need to contact Comcast support for help.
