Caller ID name spelled wrong

Caller ID name spelled wrong

I have called 4 times now since opening this account 6 months agoMy last name was spelled incorrectly on the bill AND on both phonelines' caller IDSomehow on the 3rd call to customer service, she was able to fix the caller ID on the main lineNow, after my 4th call into customer service, the bill and fax line are still WRONGThe last guy claimed the caller ID works off the billing name....OBVIOUSLY not!!!!!!  Any tips please????

Try sending an email to "we_can_help@cable.comcast.com". Include:

    Account number
    Full name
    Service address
    Best contact phone number and time to call
    A description of the problem
    A link to your post

A Comcast problem resolution specialist should contact you to follow up. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular phone or chat customer service reps.
