If it used to work, then power cycle your cable box.  Unplug the AC power for 2 minutes and power it up again.  Test in 1 hour.

 

If it never worked, you first need to confirm you have Comcast Triple Play service with Motorola or Pace cable boxes.  The older DCT2000 series Std Def boxes will not work with UCID on TV.

 

If you have Triple Play and Motorola or Pace equipment, then post back and it will be escalated.
