Caller ID has stopped working w/ new modem

Caller ID has stopped working w/ new modem

I received and set up my new modem yesterday & ever since it was activated my caller ID shows all calls as Out of area Private caller. I’ve checked all over the site for adjustments I can make but find nothing. Any suggestions?

     Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask that your box have its account refreshed and entitlements resent to it.   Explain WHY you want this done  (CallerID not showing up )
