Caller-ID does not display

Caller-ID does not display

I just had a new Triple Play installation with X1 system completed this past week.  I have set the option on the X1 settings / preferences screen for Caller ID Notifications = on.  

 

Incomming calls do not display on screen.  Is there something else that I need to configure?

Call Comcast and have them send a re-initialize Caller ID to your box(es).

It took three calls to get caller id provisioned, a box refresh, a re-initalize and 12 hours later it worked!
