Caller ID Nonfunctional

On-screen Caller ID has stopped working AGAIN. The representative on live chat hardly speaks English.
Good to know some things never change!

Sorry about the issues that you are having. I have refreshed the caller id to TV database here and I have also opened a ticket if that doesn't resolve your issue, someone will in contact with you soon.

Thanks for resetting the database. I don't understand why this could not have been done initially. The problem has been solved (after almost 24 hours).

 

You can stop calling me now.
