Caller I'd is not working after talking to customer support

i tried to setup caller to appear on my tv and the error message said the settings could not be saved. I called support and they advised me that the feature was not setup on my account. They supposedly set it up and said to wait 70 minutes to give the software time to update my account . I waited 2 hours and it is still not working. now when I try to get into Interactive Tv itvsays that service is not available, maybe it's time to invoke the 30 days rule and go back to AT&T for $300 they offered me to come back.

Hello,

In order for you to have caller id working you need the following:

1. xfinity triple play

2. Motorola or pace set top box.

If you have this then you will have to call 1-800 xfinity or 1-800 comcast and ask them to check your caller id code on your account.
