Call screening (*60) problem

Call screening (*60) problem

This feature has always worked without a problem until today, but now it won't accept any numbers to screen. No matter what I do, the recorded voice tells me that the number I'm trying to enter is not valid. The voice prompt that used to tell me a key to press (I think it was a 6 or 9) to start screening out the last incoming call number now says to press the pound sign. When I do that, it tells me that the entry was invalid. Same thing when I enter the number manually. What is up with that?
