Call problems to Brighthouse and Cox cable phones

Call problems to Brighthouse and Cox cable phones

I have xfinity triple play in Ft. Lauderdale.  This only happens on calls to/from Brighthouse (Tampa) and Cox (Nevada) phones.  Call will go through....caller hears me....can't hear them.  Hang up redial, call goes through.....each hear the other....talk for 2-3 mins.....they can't hear me....they hear me.....they can't hear me......they hear me...........this keeps happening, same numbers.  Both are on cable phone service and have cordless phones in home, I have cordless phones.  This has been going on for months.  Could this be a modem problem on my end?
