Call log not updating

Call log not updating

My call log has not recorded an incoming or outgoing call for the past 3 days.  I use my phone every day.

Mine are not either for my primary or my voice 2 go number

My Call log hasn't updated since 05/01. FIX IT NOW!

My call log on Xfinity Connect has not updated since 5/2 and even for 5/2 it did not update until the end of the day not as calls occurred during the day.  This is first time i have seen this issue occur on this app and feature.  When will this be corrected???

Mine took all day to log on 5/2. Nothing since.

It's the same on both the App and the Xfinity site online... Neither show any call logs since the 5/01... Very annoying...

This post is in reference to 'No Phone Service', but for some reason I was not given the option to post there. Why is that, Comcast? In any case, I see that there are others in the same boat. I tried a chat with a tech, but have not heard back and seeing that I am on the clock at my day job, I cannot spend hours of my employers time fussing with this. If the moderator would please move this post to the appropriate subject 'No Phone Service' I would appreciate it. More than that, will someone from Comcast notify your subscribers and let them know what the dealio is? I'm sure I'm not the only working person with no phone service.

our log hasn't updated either and I really need to see it!  Argh!!
