Call forwarding

Call forwarding

I can not remove call forwarding from my number, I pressed all the correct cancle codes it says that call forward is cancled but the phone still does not ring?

Login into you onine account.... go to VOICE then PREFERENCES then Advanced Call Forwarding...  look in there to find the forwarding that is selected and cancel it.
