Call forwarding still not set up after 4 days

I have been trying diligently to get my call forwarding RE-ESTABLISHED on my business phone line since THURSDAY. They have assured me after 2 - 20 minutes phone calls that it has been corrected but has not. I had my TV channels lowered to lower my monthly bill and the second I approved that change on Thurs. my movie channel stopped working. That is fine but why has it taken 4 DAYS to get my phone service back to where it was on Thurs morning BEFORE the change. I simply do not have time to deal with this issue any further but I NEED MY BUSINESS LINE WORKING AGAIN!
