Call forwarding problem

Call forwarding problem

Office phone is forwarded to my cell phone. When I'm on the cell phone and someone calls the office my cell notifies me with a tone that there's a call coming in. The caller is telling me that there's no ring on their end indicating the call is going through. To them is sounds like a dead line. This started after we recently moved our business to a new location and Comcast set up all new equipment. The office phone used to ring one time and I'd see a notification on my cell that said 'forwarded call'. I could tell whether or not someone was calling the office or my cell. Now the office phone doesn't ring at all, call goes directly to cell. Comcast thinks it's my cell phone provider but the problem started with the move.
