Call forwarding not working

Call forwarding not working

I use call forwarding to foward the peskiest callers to a FAX number.  That worked great for awhile, but now the numbers are disappearing from my list.  I am careful to hit "save" each time I edit the list, but the numbers are still getting through.  When I check the list, those numbers are no longer there.  My call block function still works, but that list is full.

Thanks, Keisha.  This issue has been resolved.  It was taken care of centrally and is working fine now.  I now forward them to an automated weather forecast number.

Sorry about the issues that you are having with call forwarding.

You cans tore a maximum of 12 numbers in the call forwarding select which the feature that you are using. (where you select certain numbers to be forwarded) if you attempt to add more than 12 numbers you will start to experience issue.

 

If you have under 12 numbers and you are still experiencing issues please let me know and I will get this escalated.
