Call forwarding not working.

Call forwarding not working.

Does it take time for the feature to start working?


It is not forwarding my calls.

No, there shouldn't be any latency when activating you call forwarding.


However, you do need to make sure the directions are followed exactly.  Dial *72 and then the phone number you want it to forward to.  This will cause that number to be called, you will then either need to answer that phone for a couple of seconds and hang up in order to activate the call forwarding or you'll need to let it ring a couple of times, hang up, and dial *72 and the number again and that will also activate call fowarding.
