Call Waiting is Back AGAIN

I have requested, numerous times in the 15 years I've suffered with Comcast, the darn Call Waiting Feature be disbled.

 

It's not a feature we can control from within our own account, apparently.

 

I don't want it.

 

I hate it.

 

It interrupts my work at home.


I want my callers to receive a busy signal, now and forever, if I'm on the phone.

 

After I have previously had the service disabled / turned off, it shows back up again months later, as it now has, or anytime there is some change to my terms, price, package, etc.  

 

It's now back again, and I believe this is because 2 months ago the modem was replaced by Comcast (not by my request) as a necessary upgrade.

 

And nowwwwww the irritating Call Waiting is back.

 

I can never raise the right person on the phone or by live chat.

 

How can I get this feature permanently disabled and nuked into orbit for all time?

Hi kfj916 -- I can help with this Call Waiting feature. I reviewed your account but I am not showing this feature as active. We do not have it provisioned to your account.
