Call Wait How to turn it off permanently

How can I turn off call waiting on my business lines?
The call waiting interruption is to long and causing problems when I am getting information from my customers.  I would rather the new caller got a busy signal.

You will need to call Comcast support that is the only way.  Can't be done online.
