Call Records

Call Records

We have been having this problem and I even chat with someone in Comcast but the problem never got resolved. Our call records doesn't seem to be updated everytime I go in the computer and check all the records. I try to refresh it but it doesn't refresh. They told me to synchronize the Calendar which I did and it still doesn't work. Below is how it looks like, doesn't show any records at all. Can someone please resolve this issue. I would appreciate it. This has been going on for months.

Try using a different broswer.... such as CHROME or FIREFOX.... see if you get different results.... do not enable any pop-up blockers before the different browser attempt....

I have 4 different browsers that I use..... not everyone codes the same way with html....  some broswers do work better than others on certain websites.
