Call Manager/Call Blocking

Call Manager/Call Blocking

When I try to access any of the Call Manager functions i get an error popup window. It won't let me cut and paste the information, so I can't include it in this message.

 

I tried to use the handset and dialed *60, I get a voice message that the service is not available on this line.

 

I have had two online chats with the service people who assured me that they could reset my account and that it would work after 24 hours. Nothing has happened. This problem has been ongoing since last December.

 

I had an onsite service call to fix a different digital voice problem and the service tech said this problem could only be fixed by the IT support person at the local office. Please help if you can.
