Call Management Not Working

Call Management Not Working

My Call Management is also not working. Hasn't been for months. I tried IM with Comcast but all that happened is that they reset my Internet. How do I get it fixed?

I can't use 'Call Manager' either. It's been that way for weeks. It says 'network server error'

and java.lang.nullpointerexception . Please, let's get this fixed. I need to use call screening

badly. I'm being harassed! Please!

I have also been experiencing this for several days and need it fixed.  It seems to me the only way to resolve the issue is to post a message and ensure Keisha from Comcast is the moderator.  Is there no method of self resolution?  This seems to have been going on for months.  I really don't understand as the feature has been working fine for me until recently!

I have exactly the same problem.  Had it for a few weeks now.  Is the only way to get it fixed is post a complaint on this Forum, and hope that Keisha responds?

 

Same error: GetVoiceFeaturesRequest   system failure: java.lang.NullPointerException

 

Error occures on two different computers, using several different browsers.  Have deleted cookies, history, etc., on everything.  Tried the advice about changing the timezone.  Still same problem!!

 

Hey, Keisha . . . how about a little help for glenngomes out here in California!   :-)  Thanks for elevating this request, too.
