Call Logs Not Working - Error Reference Code: SCC-0250

Call Logs Not Working - Error Reference Code: SCC-0250

I am unable to access any of my call logs (missed, outgoing, incoming) from within SmartZone. I receive an error with reference code SCC-0205. Also, I am unable to view call logs and I can't access my voice mails from within my iPhone Comcast Mobile App. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that did not work.

 

Can anyone help me with this?

Your error has been escalated to Comcast and should be fixed.  please monitor your thread here and your email for esponse.
