The logs are very erratic, this info gets passed between systems has low priority.  As with any computer system, some things have priority over others.

 

Calling in will not get it passed any faster, so I do not think anyone at Comcast would say it is a issue.

 

If you want a official response, I'll contact the Comcast admin team, let me know.

 

I know it's alot slower and erratic than my previous VOIP provider.
