Call History Slow updating

I have noticed my call histories, missed, answered, dailed, are not updating on the same day.  This problem have been going on for a few months. Sometimes it's 24 hours behind before showing the calls details.  In the begining, calls histories would show within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Anyone else having the same problems.

I am also having a problem....I do not know if I am missing messages but I do know that my anwered and missed calls have not updated since 6/2/2009...it is now 6/30/2009. This feature is very unreliable and I cannot count on it as a primary message center....more often than not I cannot even get into the system as it is unavailable.

You should be able to see local and long distance calls (not international) within 6 minutes if the time the call was ended. If this is not the case, I would call in to have the problem investigated.


Call into Comcast Digital Voice and ask to have your VoiceMail re-created. You will lose any current messages you have, but most of the time it fixes the issue.


It might also be a permissions or provisioning issue, so your best bet is to call in to get the issue resolved.
