Call Forwarding and rings: Temporarily unavailable

Hi, I'm new to Xfinity and trying to set up nomorobo. On the Advanced Voice Preferences, Call Forwarding and rings AND Call blocking are both: Temporarily unavailable.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello @Karen_60. I have reviewed your account and provisioning for Advanced Call Forwarding, and I have made some corrections. Can you please retest and confirm if you are still having an issue?
