CDV Smartzone area not working for me

CDV Smartzone area not working for me

For almost 2 weeks I've been unable to access my voidemail functions from the Smartzone area of comcast.net. I am able to recieve and retrieve voice mail from the phone just fine. But I'am met with this message when trying to get on to smartzone area for voicemail

The system is temporarily unable to display voice mail records. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Service [URL: http://www.comcastsupport.com/] with the reference code: SCC-0302

 

I have called Tech support 3 times to no avail, to resolve the issue.
