CANNOT CANCEL A SECOND TELEPHONE NUMBER

I cannot cancel my primary phone number with Comcast. The second line is the actual prime number. I have called Comcast 4 times to get rid of the line, but it has not been deleted after 1 1/2 years.

 

Whenever I have new equipment installed; I have to go through the same routine with customer service involving the phone number to set-up my service is not the one I'm using.

 

Please cancel my line as requested. Comcast please contact me at the correct number not the old one. Am I getting a bill for two lines? You tell me.
