CALLS ARE SKIPPING OUR MAIN Line

We are getting no calls on line 1 on our roll over phones.

Try calling the line 1 number with a cell phone and see what happens.  If there is no ringing of your phone try resetting your modem  and if that does not help call comcast tech support.  If you get someone elses number you may have your call forwarding  set in error which you can change by going into voice preferred settings in your account.
