Busy Signal when dialing Voicemail

Busy Signal when dialing Voicemail

I usually dial my voicemail at home by using the home number. For some odd reason, starting today, it has been giving me a busy signal when I try to call the voicemail with the home number. If I dial *99 then it will go to voicemail. If I use the home number it just keeps giving me a busy signal. It has never done this before. I don't know what's wrong and I don't know how to correct it. Any advice would be helpful but please don't tell me to press *99. I don't want to have to do that. I want to be able to access the voicemail by dialing my home number. Thanks again in advance for any help! Smiley Happy

Before it quitted working, did you turn on any voice features like caller ID to TV? Thanks.
