Avail in Nashville? (Universal Caller ID)

Avail in Nashville? (Universal Caller ID)

I've installed the client on my pc, and successfully login - however the caller ID never shows up onscreen. I've tried this from both the desktop and notebook, and am signed into the primary account.

 

Is this a service that is just not available in nashville, perhaps?

This depends on what tv box you have?

the caller ID on my PC depends on the TV Box? Not sure about the logistics of that.. but in any case.. I have 2 boxes, DCH3416.

The service is available in Nashville if you are a Comcast triple play subscriber, including phone, internet and TV.

 

Does the UCID on the TV work, and just not the pc?

 

 

Report back that you are a triple play subscriber and I'll escalate it to the Comcast people available on the forum.

Correct, I am a triple play subscriber... and I meet all the qualifications listed above. The program installs perfectly, even logs in and connects... but it never notifies of any caller ID activity.

 

As far as the caller ID on the TV - I wasn't even aware of this feature, but i just verified it was turned on in the menu, and tested it, and it does not come up with caller ID either. 

Confirmations below of qualifying plan:

It will be a code issue with your account that the Comcast Cares Team will get fixed.
