At wit's end with Comcast

I have two telephone lines coming into my house and two months ago Comcast terminated service on my secondary/fax line for no reason and without notice to me.  When I discovered it weeks later, they eventually restored the line, but, ever since then, the two lines are reversed and the main line only rings in th basement office and the seconday/fax line rings everywhere else in the house.  Comcast can't seem to get it fixed.  I decided to give them a last chance this afternoon, but when I called the customer service number I got a message that said wait time would be 35-40 minutes.  HELP!!

Hmmmmm  try reversing the lines in to the TEl1 and TEl2 connections.....  sounds like something is amiss in your home area....
